A good backup is only as good as the administrator. Tape drives need to be monitored on a daily basis and cleaned at
least once a month.
To ensure an SBBS Representative can effectively troubleshoot your Backup Issue, please complete the form below.
Within 5 minutes of submitting your ticket, you will be sent a case # via e-mail. If you need to add any notes to
your case, simply reply to the e-mail with the case # in the subject.
SBBS provides 24/7 access to the Support Help Desk. Users can login and view the status of their case. Each time your
